Programmes
All programmes are periodised to match your long term career aspirations, and short term competition structure. These are sport specific and will compliment the other sessions prescribed by your coach. It is essential for success that the coaching and physical programme are planned in association. It is for this reason that we develop our service in close communication with your coach or technical adviser.
The appropriate fitness parameters are accurately structured create effective peaks within your sport, whether you complete weekly or only a few times a year!
